I’m always fascinated how Pinot Noir can encompass delicate signatures as well as bold chile and spicy notes and can do so without missing a step.  Not all Pinot Noirs are successful and enough experience, good weather and plenty of faith can deliver a balanced wine.

This wine gives notes of just picked light red cherry, cola, hint of candy and chile Mulatto—that combined spicy, sweet flavour profile.
