This is a wine that I paired with a house made burger.
A great experience of burgers and Beaujolais–something I had not done before or even thought of until #GDandBurgers event. I have been on man virtual tastings and I do think there is a great opportunity to taste with a diverse audience that is on a large geographical spread. I liked #GDandBurgers because a chef prepared some tasting looking burgers and there were good speakers to talk about Beaujolais wines.
This wine exhibited notes of chile ancho, black pepper, blackberry and Acai
