Moët & Chandon Millésimé Blanc Brut Champagne – 1996 – 9.2 – James Meléndez / James the Wine Guy

Moët & Chandon Champagne Millésimé Blanc Brut 1996; a delicate yet spirited Champagne; delicate bubbles, superbly dry; citrus zest, brioche, almond, and Fall leaves. Another fine expression of a beautiful Vintage Champagne.  Vintage Champagne is expensive, at least for me, worth every penny or pence.  Vintage Champagne is a full characteristic of one year in a bottle instead of multi vintages that go into making a Non-Vintage.  I like this expression very much.  I like the knowledge of where my wine comes from and the year that is on the bottle.
