Tarantas Cabernet-Sauvignon Tempranillo I picked up at Whole Foods; the bottle’s label – especially the front label looks great but does not have a lot of information; forget about a varietal breakdown.
This wine is very dry; think black fig, red pepper, and dried plum. Not as satisfying as I had hoped–the wine was quite vitreous and did not have the bold tannins I had imagined.
