This wine is 40% Sylvaner, 30% Pinot Blanc, 15% Riesling and 15% Gewurztraminer. The back panel notes infere this is a wine for Asian food but after drinking this wine I think it would be an excellent to pair this with cheese. Clean, mineral focused, contains the following notes: pineapple, Meyer lemon zest and cashew.
