This is my first Bulgarian wine to rate. Bulgarian wines are tremendously difficult to find in the US and in fact I have not found a retailer in the Western US. If Bulgarian wines are available it would be New York.
A friend of mine brought this from Mexico City. He says that he always sends some back home to California. This wine is 12% alcohol and I could not locate a vintage hence I listed this as NV.
This wine was very dry; essence of blueberry, slight cinnamon and smoke.
¡Salud!
