Ehlers Estate St. Helena Sauvignon Blanc – 2007 – 8.7 – James Meléndez / James the Wine Guy

A very dry; color is Fall straw; the wine exhibits: slivered almond, dried fig, Braeburn apple, high acid; a good match for food.
