Cesar Toxqui Cellars Sonoma Coast Cabernet Franc – 2007 – 9.1 – James Meléndez / James the Wine Guy

I don’t often think of Cabernet Franc and Sonoma Coast in the same thought.  Though this wine is testament that Cabernet Franc can grow nicely in Sonoma Coast.  Very dry; notes of wild strawberry, Pioppini mushroom, pine nut and anise.
