Graham Beck Robertson and Stellenbosch Brut Rose NV – 8.8 – James Meléndez / James the Wine Guy

Isn’t a sparkling wine interesting?  One would not blend Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and in classic Champagne wines that include Pinot Meunier produce for the sole purpose of creating a still wine from this concoction.

This wine is 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir and presents with a beautiful ruby hue; notes of strawberry, slight pepper, and biscuit.
