The label on this bottle carefully describes the TLC this bottle received what it didn’t mention was that there was a synthetic cork. Synth closures are my least favourite, I always get a plastic finish on my palette. This had a synth cork and wish it had a real cork or a screw cap. This could have been a much more enjoyable wine if the synth closure had not come in contact with the wine.
Spanish paprika, mild black pepper, deep fleshy plum and hint of allspice.
