Something about higher elevation wine is noticeable and alluring.  This wine certain takes a snapshot of Mount Veeder and relays to the palette a captivating wine.  Plenty of extracted black plum and Açai, hint of cardamom and ground clove, interspersed with fennel.

Mountain fruit in the Napa gives markedly different when compared to the valley floor.  There is an intensity with more herbaceous qualities.  This wine gives notes of Eucalyptus-fennel, dried field mushroom, Boysenberry and pecan.
