This wine is 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a unique blend where Cabernet Franc is a lead in this dancing duo– usually Cabernet Sauvignon has that honor. These wines playing together create a very harmonious wine.
Cabernet Franc is a favorite because it brings together several varietals in a blend and is a great harmonizer. But Cabernet Franc is an exciting varietal because it gives vibrancy. Cabernet Franc gives both a floral bouquet but also gives a deep sense of earth.
This wine gives notes of roasted dark cherry, blackberry, baking spices, hint of vanilla, fennel and chocolate dust. Scent of mid-summer red roses, sweet cedar and leather.

A plethora of wine reviews from wines regions around the world.
This Malbec’s time in the bottle has shown the beauty of aging. The 2004 vintage has a gorgeous tannic structure; this wine has delicate and focused dark red plum notes, the scent from a plum orchard in Fall, abundance in herbaceous characteristics, and a denouement in earth and Eucalyptus.
This wine has a synthetic cork and is a disappointment as it has an affect on the wine. This wine exhibits roasted blueberry, field mushroom, chocolate, pepper and nutmeg and ground clove.
A delightful rich and bold Malbec–plenty of herbaceous notes – fennel, anise and black pepper, cedar, field mushroom, chocolate, and blueberry. This wine holds promise but unfortunately the synth cork was noticeable. I would love to try this wine without it’s synth closure for it’s baseline characheristics.
This is an un-oaked Chardonnay; pale straw color and a refreshingly crisp Chardonnay with very generous acid. Bounteous Comice pear, vanilla, almond, and Lychee fruit.
