A Cabernet Sauvignon interestingly sourced from the following regions: 65% Maipo Valley, 25% Maule Valley and 19% Cachapoal Valley.  This wine has notes of wild bramble berries, cinnamon, truffle, and toffee.

J Bouchon Maule Valley Mingre Red Blend – 2006 – 9.1 – James Meléndez / James the Wine Guy

This wine is 37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Malbec 21 Syrah 18% Carménère and 3% Merlot—a very good blend.  Notes of roasted cassis, bramble, chile Pasilla and winter spices.
