Making an Apéritif: Vya Extra Dry & Sweet Vermouth – 9.0 – James Meléndez / James the Wine Guy

May the Apéritif making begin. A great way to start your meal with these two wonderful Vermouth wines. Both made from Orange Muscat and Columbard. Vermount comes from the German “Wermut” meaning wormwood. In this Apéritif – I utilised both Vermouth wines, Proesecco and a lemon peel.
