Crisp and acid forward wine; elegant and subtle.  This wine presents with notes of green apple, bursting white Italian fig, subtle hints of green citrus and finishing with delicate cashew note.  South Africa is producing so many beautiful Chenin Blanc–an age of rediscovery for this white wine.
