Solar de Serrade Alvarinho Vinho Verde Portugal – 2006 – 8.9 – James Meléndez / James the Wine Guy

Subtle hint of Brioche (something I never get from an Alvarhino – Albariño), cardamom and baked Apricot. Alvarhino are so food friendly and this wine could be served with food or not; the acids are approachable on all levels.
