Bray Vineyeard Shenandoah Valley Vinho Tinto – 2006 – 8.7 – James Meléndez / James the Wine Guy

This wine contains the following varietals Tinta Cao, Touriga Nacional, Souzao, Tinta Roriz,  and Alvarelhao.  This wine has a nice tannic and acid structure perfect for beef and tomato based sauces.  Presented with notes of ground red pepper, raspberry, crimini mushroom and leaves on the ground in an early autumn forest.
