Bianchi San Juan Vineyards Paso Robles Refosco – 2006 – 9.2 – James Meléndez / James the Wine Guy

Refosco is a versatile wine offering many things to many people–dark and brooding yet lively and acidic.  This wine is easy to appreciate first first sip and beyond.  A captivating varietal and Bianchi has bottled another successful Refosco and showing that Refosco also has a home in California.

Red plum, pepper, slight rose petal, cinnamon, abundant acid profile and very dark color.
