This wine is 80% Cabernet Franc 20% Merlot; this is a fine wine; this is also a romantic wine that fills a niche that Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir don’t quite reach; soft and supple tannins; red roasted plum, Raspberry coulis, rose petal and slight Pioppini mushroom.
