A well crafted bottle of white Rhone varietals - 46% Marsanne, 27% Viognier, 15% Roussanne & 12% Grenache Blanc; a very interesting blend—a delicious white wine; complex body: bold, soft and elegant; think smoke, spice, floral petals in a stream, passion fruit, baking spices. A very lovely wine.
¡Salud!

59% Syrah, 23% Grenache, 13% Mourvèdre & 5% Cinsault; the Syrah lead the varietals in giving definition and boldness. Drink this wine with a wonderful piece of steak or lamb. The wine contains structure. Firmness and beautiful tannins; the wine presents with dark red fruit, flint, underbrush and Italian truffle.
¡Salud!

This wine contains - 27% Grenache, 27% Mourvèdre, 25% Syrah, 13% Counoise & 8% Cinsault; a interesting wine that does not have; a predominate or grape that overwhelms the other varietals. This wine is sophisticated and bold and yet elegant; blackberry, plum, Morel mushroom.
¡Salud!

I recently tried several Edward Sellers wines. All of his wins are from Paso Robles. Paso wines are shining quite well these days. Elegant, rich, compelling. The Syrah was outstanding; this was a complex wine—each phase of tasting from beginning to finish had a continuous development; a crescendo. The wine begins with Blackberry coulis and glides to Oaxacan cooking spices, chocolate and finishes with Black Trumpet mushroom.

This wine is a nice bookend to Wellington’s other white Rhone varietal; grass, pale yellow, a slight scent of exotic flower.

Dry, beautifulacid and balanced by spice. Roussanne is a most undervalued white wine—this Rhone varietal is sophisticated, romantic. This wine presents with Kaffir lime, Meyer lemon zest, white peach and passion fruit.
¡Salud!

The grape is good as a starter wine but this late harvest was as successful as it could have been; this is a very high alcohol content wine—this tends to give a lot of heat and reduce the sweet. This wine gives Braeburn apple, toast and honey comb.
¡Salud!
