Bodegas Arzuaga Ribera del Duero Castillo y Leon Crianza - 2004 – 9.2 James Meléndez / Jaime Patricio Meléndez

A gorgeous wine with lusty tannins; a wine that will make an impression on you with it’s constituent varietals: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine extends it’s silky deeply jewel toned color to it’s flavor and bouquet. This wine possess mid-Summer’s rose petal, Oaxacan simmering spice, chocolate, Mission fig and blackberry confit.

    Had this wine in the lobby of the Hilton Diagonal Mar in Barcelona in February ‘08. Spectacular and interesting in every way. Would love to find it for sale in Maryland, DC or Virginia
