Chateau Saransot Dupre Listrac-Medoc – 2005 – 8.4 – James Meléndez / James the Wine Guy

This wine is 24% Cabernet Sauvignon, 56% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot, and 2% Carmenere. This wine has a complexity woven in and yet for the each varietal I could not find the wine anything other than high acid and very dry; and I love dry wines!  I could only detect flint and cinnamon.
