Rose petals, dark vitreous coloration, Malabar pepper, mint, eucalyptus, cinnamon, cardamom; a most sensual and delightful Pinot Noir. Burgundies are always anticipated, feared for it’s un-predictable possibilities bottle-to-bottle. It is anxiety, heart-ache, love, blushing, a grounding when good is beyond satisfaction or elation it is elevation on the spiritual realm…. this sounds like love? Doesn’t it?
